Rainy weather = New stuff for you
Good news for our visitors is that we have added a couple of new pages for you to check out: multimedia and client links. Bad news for me is that we haven’t been to the beach much since it started to rain contunually. I don’t understand why we can’t go swimming in mid November!! So instead of the beach, we have embraced fall by taking pictures of all things in bloom - including the toadstools and sunrises in Avalon.

Autumn Arrives
Well, it certainly is autumn. I can’t believe how quickly it came. All of the leaves have turned colour and there is a chill in the air. It seems like yesterday when I wanted it to rain so I didn't have to rake leaves. Now it is raining and I have to rake,

Time to burn Bob and Doug’s debris
Today was a perfect fall day to spend outside. After going for a visit to a friend’s house where I got into a lot of trouble for taking a dip in a Koi pond, we had bonfire on the lower half of my property. We have enough branches from Bob and Doug to have fires throughout the winter. The best part about the fire is that we roasted pork chops and I got to have some!

Julian comes to trim Bob and Doug
Today was an exciting day, Julian Welp came by and trimmed both Bob and Doug, the large douglas firs in my yard. He didn't think that they needed topping although he indicated that some in his position might advise otherwise. It was very exciting, he had a bunch of equipment, much of which was loud. That doesn’t bother me.
Julian is an old-fashion type of guy and likes to give that old-fashioned kind of service - you know, the kind everyone wants. You can see Julian in action by watching that video right there. I am going to get someone at omnibus to get the second half finished so you can see it.
